Meet The Teacher

Yesterday my son and I went to his School and met his teacher for the first time. I was really excited for my son and I saw how excited he was when we got to the School and even got more excited when we got to his classroom. My son's teacher is a nice woman,she's very accomodating! When we were about to leave my son refused to go home,he was really having fun doing whatever there,how I wish my husband was there to witness what I've witnessed.

In Windy City

My son and I are in the windy city right now to visit our family, we arrived last Saturday. My son will turn four on the 30th of this month,so we are going to celebrate it here, how I wish my husband is here with us. The weather is really nice, I am really enjoying it a lot! A Very Long Line

Today I started enrolling my son for the first time. My son and I got to Killeen School District around 8:30 in the morning and the line was really really long. It's my first time to do this and I was really excited but when I saw the long line I kinda lost my excitement. There were 9 stations to go to, My son and I waited for like two hours just to finished station 1. Tomorrow, my son is going to get a shot required for his school and then go straight to KISD to finish his enrollment. I hope we would finish everything tomorrow. My husband and I are really so happy, excited and a little bit worried for our son but I am sure that my son would love going to school. Well, I better go to sleep now because I know tomorrow will be a long day for me and mijo.Goodnight people!:)

Bad Connection

I was chatting with my husband earlier, I was really happy! I was typing so many messages to my husband but I did not get any response. I knew something was wrong because hubby always tells me something when he is doing some stuff. I was waiting for him to send me a message but I got nothing and after awhile he logged off. I waited for him to sign in again but it did not happen so I tried calling him. I was so pissed because I could not get through the line but after after a few minutes, he sent me a txt message saying the internet connection was down,I knew something was wrong! Well, since he is not coming back online I better go to sleep now because it is really late and my eyes are really getting heavier. Thanks for the visit :) Please come back again!

AC's Fixed

Thank God our AC got fixed today. Yesterday when my son and I came home,I've noticed that our AC was not working the minute I turned it on. The wind that it was blowing was hot. My son and I had to sleep sweating although we had two fans facing us. I pity my son because he kept saying "Mommy,it's hot....showe!" I told him he cannot take a shower anymore because it was late. Today we woke up so early and was feeling so sticky. When I woke up, I immediately went to the office and reported the problem with our AC. Thank God the maintenance guy came to fix our AC. He said the run cap outside needed to be changed and he also cleaned the coil. Now, I am enjoying the AC inside the house while it is 103 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Thank God for the AC!

Operation Repo

It is Monday and it is time for Operation Repo. I really love this show, I watch it every Monday night at channel 75 or Tru Tv. These guys are really tough, they take away anything if you are behind on your payments no matter what,no matter where! I've seen them got beaten up and everything but they are still in tact. I really love this show,it is full of fun,action and more! Well,it is starting now so later peeps!

Leaving For The Philippines

My son and I are leaving for the Philippines tomorrow...I can't wait,Geesh I am so excited! We are going to stay there for about 2 and half months....I am really happy that we get to go home because I really do miss my family and friends a lot...I would like to thank my hubby for being a very thoughtful,understanding and loving husband.... Back To Fort Hood,Texas

My son and I just got back from the Bahamas last night. It was a very long flight but I am very glad and happy that me and my son are back home now. I really did miss Killeen,Fort Hood and of course my friends. I am kinda of sad because I am also missing my family in the Bahamas and I know they feel the same. Well,I've told them that we will definitely go back there and I will make sure that the next time we will go there my husband will be coming too! I have to end this fo rnow because I have to unpack our stuff and start getting stuff for the Philippines!!! woooohoooo :D I am kinda excited to go home...Have a nice day to you all!

Welcoming The New Year of 2009

It is so sad and depressing knowing that we are going to welcome the new year of 2009 with out my hubby...It has been a few days since I have heard from him...I am kinda worried but I know God will not let anything bad happen to him...Well,my son and I are still lucky that my son and I will get to welcome the new year with my mom and relatives here in the Bahamas...We need to prepare for the party tonight so I wish you all a Happy New Year!God Bless Us All Always!

Bahamas and Iraq

My son and I are in the Bahamas right now while my husband is still at the Sandbox. We spent our Christmas day apart from each other. This is the 2nd time we did not spend the Holidays together. First was 2006 and then this year. It is really hard but I am happy that my son and I got to spend the Holidays with my mom,cousin and aunts here in the Bahamas.

Christmas Day Without Him

This is the 2nd time that my husband was not able to spend Christmas Day with us and it is because of his job. My son and I celebrated Christmas day with my mom,aunts,cousin and some friends here in Nassau,Bahamas. I was waiting for my husband to be online so we can chat but he did not come last night. On our way to my Aunt's house today,somebody called my mom and it was my husband. We just talked for a little bit,he said he could not stay long on the phone because he had something to do. I know he is really busy right now and I know that he is feeling bad because we did not get to spend a very special occasion together. I was really happy that he took the time and effort to call us to greet us Merry Christmas despite of his busy schedule. Well, we might not be together physically but I know that in our hearts,mind and spirits,we are one! I am going to end this for now and I would like to greet you all a Merry Christmas and God Speed to all of us!:-)

Airfare To The Philippines

I am going to go to the travel agency in a few minutes. My husband has been bugging me to purchase the tickets for me and my son. He said he will be so pissed if I ended up paying too much for the airfare because I am waiting forever to get one. The airfare ticket to the Philippines keeps changing, last time I checked it was $1,750/each,my son is 3 years old so we have to pay full for him too! Wahhhhhhhhhhhhh it's gonna cost us almost $4,000 to go home and that's only the airfare. Well, I better go now before my husband kick my butt! Have a good day people!

I know it's been awhile since I have my last post in here. I have been really lazy and busy these past few weeks. My husband and my friends are complaining because they have nothing to read on my blogs anymore! he he he :-) so here I am again now...Well, I just finished chatting with my husband,he's been really so busy! We just talked about what's going on with our lives,he told me some stuff about the Iraq's people that he met,he said they're so nice at him and I've told him about me and my son's daily activities. Looking Back...

My husband stayed in the Philippines for 5 months after I gave birth. We were really having a hard time because he did not have a job and we spent a lot of money when I gave birth and after I gave birth for medicines etc. Thank God we have a family who were there for us no matter what.

My husband was telling me whatever tonight as we are chatting and I was really touched when he said "Nobody ever said that life would be easy but the roughest times in life are the times we will always look back and say when we thought had nothing is when we had all we needed, I had you :)."

Manong,if you are reading this I would like to say Thank You for always being there for me and Nicolas...You have been so good not only to Nicolas and I but also to my family and friends...I hope you will never change...Stay the same,aight?:-)

Wishing He Was Here!

I am in a very depressing situation right now. I have just found out from my younger sister that our father is sick and is very weak right now. I was really crying so hard when I found out that my dad's sick. He got his kidneys infected and his blood sugar's high. I cannot stop worrying about my dad, I love him so dearly and I am not ready and do not want to lose him. How I wish my husband was here with me, I know he will make everything alright. How I wish he was here to console me and tell me that everything will be fine. I am always Praying to God to keep my loved ones safe and healthy always. Please keep my dad's health and fast recovery in your Prayers,thank you so much in advance!
